Crystal Bay On The Broadwater

Very cosy and just the right size for our little family and trip

The location is excellent, and the space is well-equipped with dishes, kitchen utensils, dish soap, etc. We especially liked the pool area, with fabulous amenities like a hot tub, steam room, and sauna.

I had a unit with water views. Very relaxing. There is a walking path along the broadwater leading to a lagoon with pelicans. Undercover car park was good. Staff were great, making check-in and check-out easy.

It was directly opposite the water and our 2 bedroom apartment had a nice size balcony with views of pool and water. Reception was great and very accommodating. I used Gym,pool,steam room, spa. All excellent and clean and in good condition. Lots of deck chairs and the pools was a decent size and length for swimming. The room sizes met our needs and the kitchen had dishwasher,oven, microwave oven and normal appliances including washing machine and dryer to make our week holiday very comfortable. Walk in shower was larger than normal.

Pool area was amazing! Kids loved the pool. Washer & clothes drier in the room with access any time for no extra charge was a bonus! Great lounge area and functional and well-stoked kitchen. Carpark was great. Wifi access was amazing, with a router in the room. Location for access to main roads to theme parks and beaches was excellent.
